Title: follower notification issue

Hi guys being a real noob here but what url do i have to use for  CLR. I used the default one found on the wiki but all that does when clicking preview on Deep Bot is show the banner on the external page that shows up nothing shows up on my OBS.

Any help would be great thankyou
