Hi,

Since a few days I am working with deepbot, but this month I payed two times 5 USD for Deepbot VIP with my paypal..
Hope you can help me to get 5 USD back :D

Hi - I believe you have two different subscriptions active with DeepBot.
I have refunded one of your Feb-17 payments. However, to prevent this happening again, I would recommend cancelling one of the subscriptions on PayPal.
