Permissions Updated.

If you have a subscription setup, you will need to cancel your subscription on PayPal and resub under your new stream for your future payments to be automatically credited to for VIP on new account.

I did the name change to my bot the same way i did my main profile before knowing about this, now I can't login and can't make a new one because the name i want to switch it to is in use now because i already made the switch
