Hi,

It's been a while since I've been receiving complaints from some users of my channel that aren't recieving any points for watching my livestream. I use this points to my raffle. What is causing this issue? Please someone could help?

Is the loyalty point timer enabled? Can you screenshot the config tab and the master settings > Point options?

So you have it set to where viewers need to type at least something every 5 mins to get points. IF they are lurking or don't do that, they will not get points. Also, I recommend updating.

Ok. I turn both options off ("Only issue points to viewers active in chat/ Activate points multiplier...") and updated the bot. I will see how the things going. Thanks!
