Title: using !cmdlist from Discord, crashes Deepbot

Hello,

I think i found a bug. When i use the command !cmdlist from my Discord, it immediately crashes Deepbot.

i have attached the image and also here i a link to it https://ibb.co/ng188v

I have done it several times to make sure, 10 out of 10 times, it crashed Deepbot

This was due to an expired API key relating to the Pastebin API.

This has been fixed in the latest Dev build and hopefully will be in the public beta build sooner rather then later.

In the meantime (Unless you want to go on the Dev branch) I'd suggest unticking the option "Show Full Command List on Pastebin"

Good deal. I have disabled the cmdlist. That's for letting me know, i appreciate it.

Issue is fixed on latest update.
