Title: VIP Services not working

Just paid my deepbot VIP services 2 weeks ago and I am now getting an error over the notifications I usually use in my chat that I have no VIP services??? My stream is https://www.twitch.tv/thatguyberttv

When you got your Twitch name changed, you never canceled your sub and re-made it under the new name like instructed. I have asked Experts to transfer it over, but please cancel your current subscription and make a new one next month under your new name.

Your VIP should now be active. Remember to cancel your old subscription and make a new one next month under your new Twitch name.
