Title: Last won raffle date in user object

Hi,

I do a lot of raffles to play with me in my streams. A lot of viewers ask me, when somebody who wins has won the raffle the last time.
So it would be cool if the date when somebody wins the raffle is saved to the user object and is accessible as variable in commands.
