Title: Can't connect because I dont have permission? (Closed Beta access)

I payed the $10 for deepbot and downloaded the app. But when i try to connect my bot, it says

"DeepBot is currently in closed beta. Your stream 'jbthedude' currently does not have access to the closed beta. Please apply at https://deepbot.tv"
is there something else i have to do or is this a bug? I downloaded the app from the website and not the email. Do I have to download it from the email? If so, then I will do

Your stream is "Jb_TheDude" not "JbTheDude". Make sure you put the underscore and login to your account by clicking the blue OAuth Password link below the stream name box.
