Title: One command for 2 funtions

Hello, someone my help me please ? I want to set a command to act in two distinct situations, i want a command to send my discord when the viewer uses !discord command, but when a vip uses the same command a diferent message appears for exemple:

Viewer uses !discord, then a bot send a message "join my discord blablabla"

When a VIP uses !discord the bot send a diferent message like "link your discord with the bot to get full acess"

i have done this command a very long time ago but i really dont remmember, i appreciate any help, tank you.
