i paid my monthly fee and do not have access to the vip features on my bot. it was either paid under frostbyte_21 or getthebootbot

Did you do another name change? Because I am not seeing any payments under your stream name:

I can see you have made payments using your bot name instead of the stream name. I have moved the credits to your stream account.
Please cancel your subscription and resub under the stream name when your VIP is about to expire.
