Title: Whisper not working

Hey, guys,

I've checked the forum and FAQs, and all the settings look OK, but my bot still won't respond to whispers. I have set up a simple command, it's enabled, available to all viewers, activation is on for channel, whispers and discord; run as User; master settings have Enable Whisper Interaction (Bot) enabled; bot is /mod in the channel. When I activate the command in the chat, I get a response. When I whisper with /w or straight from the whisper box I get no response from the bot. What else should I check?

New update broke this feature. Dev will work on a fix when he is around.

Thanks for the info.
I'm new to DeepBot, so I'm not sure if I'm getting this right - the last update was at the end of March, does this mean things can be broken and not fixed for months, even for paying customers? :(

That was a mistake. If you look at past update's dates, you will see that it is a mistake.

Oh, I see it now. Apr and then Mar again. So the update was today and it broke the feature.
