Title: Sub Manager disabled
Post by: jabeeltabletopgamercrew on June 02, 2017, 12:20:38 AM
I am a Twitch Partner for more than 2 months now and I am using Deepbot Beta license. I am still not able to manage my subs, the Sub Manager button is grayed out.  I have tried re-setting the OAuth passwords, reinstalling Deepbot client, restarting the client many times but it is still not working.

Please help!

It may be a VIP only feature (I can't remember). But could try redoing Oauth logins and see if it is available.

VIP is $5/month and you get one month free when you first get the bot.

A friend of mine is also using the Beta license we both purchased it around the same time and he has access to the Sub Manager feature.

I have already tried redoing the OAuth logins. Also tried completely removing and installing the client again and still not working.

If there something that can be reset on Deepbot servers to recognize that I am a Twitch partner?

Deepbot reads it from twitch API. So may take time to do it.

Like I said it's been over 2 months now and Deepbot client is still not allowing me to manage subs. I restart the client every day so it should have pulled my partner status by now.

You can see my partner status is active here:

If a Deepbot Admin could please assist with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Is this working now? I see you are now a VIP again so hopefully the sub manager has become available again for you.

Yes I purchased the VIP subscription today to get the Sub features, but I don't understand as I paid for the Closed Beta license before which should have include the sub features as it is working for my friend with his beta license. He is not VIP but still has the sub manager feature.

Is there different version of closed beta license?

The initial cost of $10 also had 1 month of VIP. Has your friend only recently purchased the beta licence?

We both purchased the beta around October 2016 so the 1 month VIP is long passed. However, his beta license includes the sub manager and mine does not for some reason.

I don't feel that I should have to pay for VIP now just to get the sub manager when I paid for the beta 8 months ago and it should be included.

I agree that some features really shouldn't be included in the VIP package and should be revised from time to time to see if what is being offered in the package is still worth including or if it should be converted to the base beta package. I will pass that through as a discussion point.

By the way what is your friend's twitch handle?

P.S. These are all the additional features you get with VIP http://wiki.deepbot.tv/vip_features (http://wiki.deepbot.tv/vip_features)

Hi! I'm having the same issue. This latest update barred access to the Sub Manager. Could we get confirmation that this is a change as of this update? I need clarity for quid pro quo and there was nothing mentioned in the patch notes! Thank you!

Tried the alpha/dev update?

Sub Manager is still disabled. I would gladly pay the monthly fee for access, however there is NO mention of the change patch to patch. Can we get confirmation that the Sub Manager is now pay-walled for monthly subscribers? Thank you!

How would I go about doing this? I recently have lost access to utilizing the sub features as well a after the most recent update.
