In the Command Chaining section there is an box that can be checked for Admin Access. What is this admin access and what does checking the box do???

For me when I enable it, it messes up any chain commands. For others it makes chain commands work. So I would test it to see if you need it enabled or disabled. I believe you would enable it, if the chained command needs mod access or higher access.
