Hello, I have been using the bot for about a year and have never experienced any particular problems, until this day ....
I started it and saw that half of the functions do not work (VIP does not matter, it still works for a few more days) in particular the chat does not work, music, streamer chat, but all commands work and mini games .... read in the next topic that make a copy and Reinstall but no it does not work, can there be a solution to this problem ?!

Do you have Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012, Microsoft .NET Framework installed? Try to download and repair or install.

You could have uninstalled or installed something that messed with it?
I am not %100 why it just started to do this, when did it start? When did you see it like this?

Yesterday, before the stream, nothing systemic and usually did not install / delete, nothing at all! Just ran, went to stream, saw that the chat does not work, while the chat itself is the widget works! I reinstalled Microsoft Visual C ++ Redist 2012, Microsoft .NET Frameworks and nothing has changed ...
Anti-virus Kaspersky worked all the time and never cursed on the bot, there were no conflicts, now I will try to turn it off and check

Just trying to get info..if the music tab does not work then you don't have what I'm thinking of.
Do you have a firewall? Does Deepbot run on another PC just fine?

But they also worked, everything was fine! And just yesterday, the sorrow happened ... The music is added, but it does not play, I killed the firewall a very long time ... Yes the bot was working on another PC, I changed it for 4 months

Can you screenshot what you see on those tabs?
My guess, if the screenshots confirm it, is that it is a corrupt/missing file. The fix? Reinstall Deepbot. But I would backup your data folder inside the Deepbot folder just in case.

and all my settings deleted?!?! =( What do I need to save in order to return all the workings

Like I said, the data folder is the main folder with all the settings/user database/commands/etc. But if you have a playlists folder, that would be another thing to backup. Same with the OBS Folder, unless you don't mind the .txt file defaulting and the custom logs folder if you use that.
After backing whatever you want up, or simply copying them to your desktop. Uninstall Deepbot, then re-install it. Then open up Deepbot once, close it. Move all your backups back to your deepbot folder and start up deepbot.
