Title: Shortcut Keys / HOT Keys

Can I somehow bind a command to execute them?

exemple: i play and press ctrl+1 and run command in deepbot !stream or Something (NOT SYSTEM commands (youtube player, arena, commercial)

Can there be alternative programs that when you press the key register a command in the chat?

This is possible. You may be able to use other programs, but here is a guide with another program that is like $10: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/voiceattack
