Deep Bot - Twitch Streamer Assistant

Hi, I stream off my PS4 and using deepbot to shows new follower, host, and donation in twitch text chat. I got it to set up and run fine for a couple months, but the 2 days ago, my donation stop showing up in chat. New follower and host still work fine and I haven't change any setting. I have tried and donate to myself while I tinker my setting but nothing work. I use stream labs for my donation; I have tried to disconnect and reconnect stream labs with deepbot but still nothing work. If anyone can give me a hand, I thank you in advance.
