the bot reset some how and no one has any points this is not a good think !!!!!

it lost all points and vip ranks how could this have happend

Replace the current user files in the Deepbot folder with the backups automatically made by the bot.

Simply find the latest timestamp users.bin in the backups\0\ folder and replace the one in the installation directory.

ty that worked but what caused the issue also my freind donated and would like the bot asap deadzor1 i think is his twitch name

It could have been that there was an issue when you updated the bot, or any number of things.

Your friend will need to complete the application process just as you did, and will be sorted out in due course.
