Are you sure you want your new stream name to be Shatteredsoulbot?
This is what we currently have for you in our database:

Actually, this is my primary account. I wanted to use my 2nd Twitch account for this. So nevermind.
-
My Twitch Username is ShatteredSoul1979. I want the Deepbot to be ShatterBot. Now do I create a 2nd account for that? Today I felt I ripped myself off by paying $10 on setting it to the wrong account which is my primary account. IDK what to do.
-
Please, do I use my 2nd Twitch account to assign my Deepbot?
-
So, I just wanted my 2nd Twitch account to be swapped with the main account. My main account is what I use for streaming. My 2nd Twitch account is meant to be for Deepbot.
-
Do I keep my Twitch name or do I change the bot name?
-
Do you plan on just using deepbot on one stream only?
If yes, which streaming/twitch account do you want deepbot on? It is one license per account. If you want to use Deepbot on both streaming accounts, then you will need to buy two beta licenses.
I just want to make sure we do the name change correctly the first time.

My main account: ShatteredSoul1979
My 2nd account: ShatteredSoulBot
I wanted to use my main account to stream.
I wanted to add ShatterBot as the Bot to my account. That never appeared in my chat.
-
Previously, my Twitch Name and Bot Name is both ShatteredSoul1979. I didn't know what to do about the Bot name because I had to type in the link that is associated with my main Twitch account. Now I think I am screwed 100%.
-
Then you aren't changing your main account, so no need for a name change.
It sounds like you just want to update the bot's twitch name, which you would use this guide: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname
You need to make a twitch account with the bot name you want. In this case: Shatterbot.
Edit: Also, under bot login on the config tab > OAuth Password, make sure you are logging into the bot's twitch account!
