Title: How to make Prime Subs VIP Bronze

I went into the Sub Notification options and set "Move Subs To" to VIP Bronze but it still isn't moving my prime subscribers to Bronze.  Is there a trick i'm missing for this?

I cant get the sub notification to add points or apply sub vip lvl either, but what you can do is go in to your User Database, and click "Sub Manager" ther you can move your subs to bronze

I'm having the same issue, but with all tiers. Someone subs and I have to move them and add points manually. Hopefully there is a fix or something we haven't done.

If you guys are affiliates, it won't work until the dev pushes an update for it to work.

Well i sure hope they are working on that.  I'd love an ETA if they have one  ;D

Hello Everyone! 

I hope this message finds you all well! I am also a smaller streamer that has recently received the affiliate sub system. My previous game wisp subs are now all moving over to twitch and although I configured the bot to apply the sub point modifier and the bronze, silver, gold statuses they arent being automatically applied them.

Is there a timeline for the implementation of this feature for affiliates? Is there an update that I may be missing?

account notes: I am a paid deepbot member (monthly) and am running 28-May-2017 Closed Beta - revision 0.13.3.0 (No updates reported via check)
