Title: Application Status "Pending" and BotLogin-Fail

Hey,

i have 2 problems and wanna ask for help :)

1) On "My Account", it says "Application Status "Pending"". I´ve bought the DeepBot a while ago, not knowing that it isn`t working wit Mac OS. I got refunded but now i afforded to get Windows on my Mac via Boot-Camp and wanted to use Deepbot from now on (10$ version + the VIP version from now on). I already did all the things for VIP-Deepbot but it`s still on "Pending". I guess i have to pay the 10$^^ So how do i do that and will my status be changed after that?

2) I tryed to connect my bot to the Bot-Login of DeepBot. It continuely says, that i have to reset the OAuth Password from my bot, but i`ve done that now a million times. My ports a free and everything else on my PC is working well. Is it because of my status or does i miss something? I started it with admin-rights and any other solution that i found on the internet.

Yeah, if you got a refund or did a reversal, the dev has to re-enable the account. That would probably be why it is causing issues.

Ok, thanks. Who do i have to contact for this re-refund?^^ Would pay the 10$ for the bot, already bought the VIP-Version, and then enjoy the bot.
