Title: Gamewisp Subs Integration
Post by: Jrum on July 07, 2017, 10:52:24 PM: Hi there, I have been using Deepbot and Gamewisp for a year now with only a few issues here and there.

However one of my top tier subs is not showing up as being subbed, it says ".SystemEdit: VIP Gold expired on 08-Jul-16" under their user name in the database.

Gamewisp confirmed he is subscribed on their end. So they wanted me to reach out to you guys next.

I reset my integration, re-logged in and updated my Deepbot and did everything I can think of to no avail.

Please help.

No sir, they have been the same user for the entire time. Did the pictures show up?

Post by: TheNumbLock on July 13, 2017, 04:10:32 AM: Probably wait till he subs again. Gamewisp API goes down at least a few times a week it seems, so more or less it may have caused the issue.
