Title: How to completely remove follower sound notification
Post by: Grumbul on July 09, 2017, 02:41:26 PM
Hi,

I used to have a follower sound notification which I now need removing. As a brief workaround I now have a 'silent' mp3.

How can I completely remove the sound file. The bot simply does not allow you to select the path/file name and delete it.

I am also going to try using a 'removed' path/file name but reckon this may still 'cut short' other sounds that are playing.

Uncheck "Enable Notifications" in the Follower Notifications settings. Sub notifications don't have an option like this, so you'll just have to use your empty file or the "Blank.wav" included in your DeepBot folder.

That is a really bad solution mate.

1) That disabled CLR browser hooks for the flag
2) That cut's short other soundbytes playing

A better fix (just sorted it) is to link to an existing local soundbyte, then delete it from your system.

Works great.

Can't remove it completely. It has to be set to a file. That is why the dev put a blank.mp3 in the Deepbot folder. ;)
