Title: I paid but I have no access

I was logged into my SirBeeRtheLeft account when I purchased the beta. I received no confirmation from your site that the payment went through, but the payment did go through. I no longer have that money in my paypal account and I received the notice from paypal that the payment was received by you guys. I took a screenshot of the receipt from paypal if you'd like to see it.

Our records show that the payment has gone through and that your stream has been granted permission. Did you possibly reverse the charge?
