Hey! I'm pretty unfamiliar with the DeepBot process so, I don't know if this is normal but I signed up for DeepBot last night and haven't received an e-mail or anything but the payment did in fact go through. It also seems like my account doesn't recognize that I actually already purchased DeepBot and gives me the option to purchase the same package (Beta License). Any help/ideas on this?

What is the stream name you put in the box when buying deepbot?

Yeah, I got the PM. We are working on a form submission system for users to fill out for the dev to get VIP and the bot (depending on what they paid for). I will post a link once it is ready.
