Title: Unable to access sub manager

I have had Deepbot and have been a Twitch partner for over 2 years but after the most recent update I have not been able to access the sub manager in Deepbot.  I have seen a few other people have had this problem as well but I still haven't found a solution to this problem. If anyone can assist me I would greatly appreciate it.

The latest versions I believe changed the sub manager to rely on the sub notification module. This is disabled in base and is only available to VIP users.

I'm not sure exactly when this change came about but unfortunately that's the reason why you can't currently access it.
