Title: Sub Manager has wrong Twitch sub count

Sub Manager has been showing the wrong Total Sub count for over a month now. It is not pulling the correct number. Therefore I cannot move the subs to a VIP class because it is not correct.

I have updated to the latest beta version. How do I fix this issue?

I am still having this issue. I have tried updating to Alpha version but it is still not pulling the correct subs from Twitch. I am a Twitch partner, not affiliate.

Can you please help with this.

Maybe a corrupt data file. I would close deepbot, rename the data folder. Then start up deepbot to generate new data files. You may be able to move users.bin and channel commands one.
