Title: Need help pc transfer

My friend got a new pc and we are helping transfer deepbot to the new pc and it reset the points and hours. What do we need to do to get the old hours,points and rankings back?

If you still have the old PC, copy the Data folder from his DeepBot directory to the new one. If not, then if he's a VIP, you can email deepbot@deep.sg asking for a VIP Cloud Backup.
