Title: Using Client-Websocket to extract Follow and Sub dates

Is there a way to extract follow and subscribe dates using the websocket api? This data is obviously kept in the database along with join_date and last_seen. It would be helpful to be able to extract this information as well.

Would probably just use twitch's api since that is where it pulls the data from anyways.
