Hello,

Here is the worry that I am the automatic distribution of the tickets no longer works or even via the predefined buttons available on the discussions tab.
The only way I get now and adding it to manual.

Although the robot notifies the addition of points in the disccusions of the stream but no longer credits them. I have already tried a re instalation of Deepbot and also to change the name of the robot but nothing to do, I no longer see any solutions.

Would you have a solution to solve the problem please.

Can you screenshot your config tab? Can you also screenshot your master settings > point options?

Uncheck "Only issue points to viewers active in chat in the last 0 mins" option. It will fix it ;)

Well its actually looking to re-operate properly. Thank you very much for your help. I did not think the solution would be that simple.
