Title: Deepbot !highlight feature

Hi all,
Looking to add a feature similar to !highlight but for all viewers not just mods.

I'd like to add !clip as a channel command, and want that command to reply
"Thanks for adding the clip (Username) @ (Time)"

and would like it to save the details to a clips.txt file in a folder on my desktop just saying
(time) clipped by (username)

How can I do this? I've heard there is a !highlights function already built in for mods but I want one for viewers.

Thankyou very much, is there a way to add a date in to the file aswell for each clip?
