Your vip transfers to new name. However, if you are subbed for vip, you will need to cancel it and sub under your new name in order to keep getting vip. Since payments for vip are linked to the streamer name you input when setting up the payment.

Just canceled and tried to re apply and it is asking for a beta $10 fee. I already paid that, I just need my VIP moved to my new account.

If you have a subscription setup, you will need to cancel your subscription on PayPal and resub under your new stream for your future payments to be automatically credited to for VIP on new account.
