Title: Tipping page not moved over + still being charged for VIP on other name

My name on here (and on Twitch) used to be GFC_Marcus. I changed the name to GFC_. I made a request on here and everything was moved over. However, the donation page is still /donations/GFC_Marcus. And it is asking me to create a new page for GFC_. Also, in Deepbot, it is not showing any donations sent to the other page of GFC_Marcus. Plus, I have been charged every month for VIP that was attached to GFC_Marcus and not GFC_.

I would like everything attached to GFC_Marcus to be merged with my current account of GFC_ (which is what I thought the name change would do). I need all of the notification logs under GFC_Marcus to be moved to just GFC_.

I was charged a total of $30 on the wrong username. Even the PayPal transactions confirm the name is GFC_Marcus for the premium when I was charged for months, when I changed my name on here a while ago. I would like a refund for that money.

Hi

I have checked all the logs. Your august payment was applied to GFC_.
So we have processed the refund for the Sep, Oct and Nov payments that went to the old account, a total of $15.

We have also copied your donation page config so that should be accessed now at https://deepbot.tv/donations/GFC_

As for past donations/tips, we can't move that to the new account. Those records are sync'ed with your PayPal.
