Hello !
Sorry about my english
I want to make an Command, which can activate just an specific user :)  is that possible ?

If there is an way , to activate an command without write it in the chat (whisper the bot an Prase or so) it will be also very cool :)

If you know an way, please help :)

Check the box marked whisper for the command and it can be done. You will also need to enable whisper interaction (bot) in the master settings.
