Title: Monthly VIP payment applied to old twitch screen name

My VIP is not working, and this is the first automatic payment after my name change.

Is the DeepBot payment system still applying my payment to my old twitch ID or the new one?

Old Twitch name: stoutman_pr
New Twitch name: stoutman

Yes it is applied to old name, you need to cancel VIP and redo under new name. http://wiki.deepbot.tv/cancel_vip
