Can you confirm what you are doing when the crash happens?
We're you trying to edit a user? If so, can you paste exactly what it displays in the user points Field?
Thanks,

Thanks for the error logs.
The reason DeepBot was crashing is because the bot was unable to connect to twitch data servers (most likely an issue on your ISP end)
I have released an update that should help with this and if the connection to twitch fails, it will simply log it and carry on.
As for OBS - the issue is most likely the same (connection to twitch dropping) and hence the crash. Although the cause is the same, DeepBot is not causing the OBS crash.
If you continue to see this issue, please check with your ISP and tell them that packets to api.twitch.tv are failing

Hello
I just bought Deepbot, downloaded and installed it, but somehow after I installed it (tried several times reinstalling it/even in different folders) when I try to run it (even as a administrator) it is always crashing.
Could you tell me what I did wrong or need to change?
My Computer is running on Windows 7.
Thanks in advance.
