i even pay the $5 monthly. it used to work now i cant request songs or put the option for song request by name..? help

Are you sure you paid for VIP, because it looks like it ran out? Also, I don't see any payments under the stream name iXur.
Did you possibly get a name change and forgot to cancel old sub and resub under new name?

yea i still get charged... name change was from " psnxur " to " iXur " and my bot from " agent9bot " to " ixurbot "
