Hello,

I am trying to figure out why Deepbot is double charging me every month. As far as I am concerned I should only be paying $5.00 a month, but I am being charged $5.00 twice a month, every month. Can someone please help me figure out who to contact for this?

My guess is that you got a name change and was subbed under old name. What you need to do is cancel your old sub. If you don't know which sub is the old one, you can cancel both, and wait till your current VIP runs out. Then sub under your new name.
