Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the unacceptable length of time it has taken for you to get a response to this topic. I can see that you went ahead and just created a new account in July as both accounts are still currently on the system.

I have informed the dev of this topic to make him aware of the length of time and also any further steps that need to be taken
