Title: Migrating User Points and Hours to DeepBot from Streamlabs Chatbot

Hello Deepbot-Team,

i will import my points and hrs to deepbot, and i will comeback to deepbot! but nothing answer from Deepbot-Team as E-Mail! I do this at 20.07.2018!!

A: Typically if the bot makes of an excel spreadsheet or sqlite database (.sqlite) it should be possible to transfer this information across. E-mail deepbot@deep.sg with the file you need transferring.

Common examples include;
ModBot: modbot.sqlite

We do support Revlo conversions as well. Assuming you got access to the .csv file before they shut down the site.

We do support Support Ankhbot conversions due to the recent inclusion of an export tool in the software.
1) Go to connection settings then cloud.
2) Pick a folder on your local hard drive.
3) Click Save Settings
4) Click "Export Currency csv"

Can here anyone help me please or the Team self?

When they imigrated this than buy I new VIP License for Deepbot!

If you have still not received an e-mail back from deepbot@deep.sg with regards to this please resend as it might have been lost. Experts is usually pretty good when it comes to responding to e-mails.
