Hello,

As it appears that you only need to change your bot name you can actually do this step yourself.

1) Log onto http://deepbot.tv/ (http://deepbot.tv/) and log into your main account
2) Once logged in, click your name in the top right corner then "My Account"
3) Click your bot name (Highlighted in orange), change it to your new bot name then click the blue tick

This should have changed your name on our system. Next step is to relogin in the Deepbot client and you're done :)
