I am getting an error in my playlist that says "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available." within the YT player. The videos play fine outside of deepbot.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Youtube has started encoding some songs with proprietary codecs. Google has purchased a licence to play these, but the chrome embed that we have does not have that licence.
need to investigate further but licences can cost upto $5m / year
and the patent only expires in 2027
For those interested, this is the H.264 video encoding patent hold by MPEG LA. We need to wait on Chromium to be updated. Temp fix is to disable the built in player and use the pop out player as that will have the codec that can play the songs.

Can you please explain how i can disable the video player? I can only change the video resoluition.
BTW...Streamlab Bot did not have any issues with this new codec.

There is a blue icon next to the volume bar. Right click that blue icon > Disable player.
Streamlab's bot, probably has a license for this. They can cost up to 5m/year, so they may have some special deal with Google or someone.

I tested it...unfortunately the video stopped in the bot and the browser too.
I found a song to reproduce the error:

Maybe it is enough to disable the video completely and only play the music?

Can't disable just the video to play the music. This isn't allowed by youtube.

For now, it looks like the external player--if the browser it opens in supports the new video format--should be a work around for this until DeepBot makes a fix for this. As far as I can tell, the bot still knows when the video ends, so they'll still work. Just found this out five minutes ago so if I'm not right it's cause of limited testing. The fact this is happening is just annoying though.

I tried to use the external player but it did not play the track...i can see the thumbnail but thats all. A guy from twitter told me i should open the 3337 port UDP which i did but without any improvements.

I was using the external player but now Youtube is even blocking that sometimes.
i guess if we had updates they might help but last update was in August so looks like nothing is coming.

@showtimedr Do you have examples of where the Youtube player is also not working on the External player so I can see if it also does the same thing for me also?
What browser are you using?
Can only apologise for the lack of updates. The project itself only has 1 developer (Who is also the owner of Deepbot) who does development for the bot in his spare time. We're hoping for an update soon.
