Title: Bot lost all viewer data and backups are corrupted

My bot was working wonderfully and everything was great until today I did a restart on my computer and when it came back up I realized that all of my user data was gone. I used the restore tool and every backup came up as being corrupted.

I am slightly panicking about what im going to do to restore points and hours for my viewers. I have been using this bot for some of my users to be over 2000 hours so this is very nerve wracking.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas?

Ich weiß, dass diese Site eine große Site zum Datenaustausch ist, also habe ich mehr Informationen recherchiert, um sie mit Menschen außerhalb zu teilen.

I know this is late and I'm assuming we would have resolved this through some other means but if you are a VIP you can e-mail deepbot@deep.sg to request your cloud backup.
