I've been paying for deepbot services since July, every 17th day of the month. But this time, i'm charged in 17th december, But i have no access to vip features. How can i procced?

VIP for anticlique is active (18-Jan-19).
I also can see for username oanticlique VIP was being paid for a few months back under the same email f***@l***.g***ed.***.br.
