Title: I pay for Deepbot twice every month

Hello, can someone please help me out. I've been paying for deepbot twice a month for probably over a year now. I made a forum about this subject a very long time ago when I first noticed, but forget my user login information. But i recovered it & here we are. I don't want a refund for all the months I paid double, just for it to stop for future payments. Please let me know. Thank you so much :)
