Help/Support / Error - can no longer connect with bot

Trying to connect with the bot and it pops up this error: "Sorry - This channel subscription has expired. Please email deepbot@deep.sg to enquire on subscription details." I am a monthly donor to the project.

Just today after the update everytime I try to run deepbot it prompts Deepbot already running, even though it is not.

As the title says, I am progunxzx. I mainly have been streaming Arma 3 Altis Life lately. I did stream a bit of Gmod for awhile and still occasionally do. I began my streaming with Rust, however, I am currently awaiting the content update to be more complete to stream it again. If you guys want feel free to check me out at www.twitch.tv/progunxzx

Usually 6-12 hours daily, however next few days will be random as I take care of some personal matters.

20-80 (I know wide range there, but that's life
-Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using
