I have resolved this.
Ran the C++ repair for x64 and it works and updated!

YAY!

I ran the update.exe in admin mode and still gave the same error. Unistalled the bot and tried again and still got the error.

That's the error I get in my error log when I try to launch Deepbot.

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) MissSparkleBot
Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] No schedule set yet. Mostly weekends though.
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Nope but it is a goal of mine!
Average number of users on your channel? Just started streaming so about 5 or so is my average
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Nope no other bots
