I know what you are explaining. The problem is that you can't even see the credit card in the preview.

I can see it by my own while I'm sitting in front of my computer. But OBS doesn't capture it. It's the same problem like in Uplay.
Some overlays - and I guess it has sth to do with the Windows Aero change - doesn't work with those color settings.

Don't know how to explain...

I tried it with monitor capturing on special coordinates. But it also not works. But of course, if OBS and Xsplit are not able to "see" them

Feature Requests / Bank heist statistics

I don't know if the information of the previous bank heists are being stored somewhere, but it would be nice to have some kind of statistics that the administrator can show in the chat, for example with !bhstatistics. It could show information like this:

There have been x bank heists by y users, gaining a total of  z currency. c people have died or been caught by the police. The master thief is userxyz, userabc has been captured the most.

Would love to hear your feedback about it.

Help/Support / Mod + subscriber vs. mod without subscriber

We are experiencing the following problem:

• User A has always been a mod but no subscriber
• User B has always been a mod and additionally is a subscriber

Since mods get normal currency and subscribers double currency, I can't really set user B to being mod+subscriber and also let him get double currency. Right now, the only way of granting a subscriber double currency is to remove his mod-status.

Is there any way to set for example user B primarily as VIP and still grant him mod-status?

I just want to add that I do like the duel-idea and would love to see it being implemented. Either a "global" duel event (as described below), or a private duel-function between two viewers. People could waste their currency without the streamer attendance that way.

I really do like this feature and so far I can see that viewers are eager to be the best and highest rank. What I would love to see would be to be able to customize the rank names and hours, so it fits more to your kind of stream.

Also, to answer woodydaocas' question, I also prefer seeing the rank name instead of the hours.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for this incredible bot and give you some feedback after intense testing for the past ~18 hours. I must honestly say, this is by far the best bot of this kind that I have seen so far. It is nice to see you putting regular time and effort into something with such an awesome outcome.

What do I love the most:

• After reading into all the features, easy to use and handle
• Easy and perfect overview over all the viewers, subscribers and currency
• Automatic detection of new subscribers and adding them to a specific group
• Raffles, Bankheist etc. - the viewers love it. ;-)
• No programming skills required to use the bot and interface
• Stable and fast bot
• ... much more

Suggestions/Criticism:

• Well, I'll post my suggestions in the corresponding forum. :-)

I'm honored to be a part of this beta and I'm sure that, once this bot is released, many people wouldn't hesitate to pay for example a monthly fee to be able to use it. If you need any help with testing features, especially partner- and/or subscriber-related, I'll be glad to help you out.

I just saw the new changelog and noticed the cool onscreen-notification feature. While testing it, the viewers told me, that they can't see it on the stream. For some reason, it only shows on my screen, but it won't show up either in the preview or the actual stream.

Maybe any wrong settings from my side?

Approximately 3-4 times per week, somewhere between 4pm-12am GMT+1, during the weekend sometimes at other times. Also, since I'm on vacation for the next week, I'll be online more often.

4. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
Yes. (And subscriber-button as well)

5. Average number of users on your channel?
50-100+ for casual games, about 150-500 while playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and 1.000-4.000 while casting CS:GO matches.

6. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
No, I plan on starting/testing a currency-system with your bot, if possible.

I'm a professional Counter-Strike:Global Offensive player and a former professional Counter-Strike 1.6 player as well. Playing in the German ESL Pro-Series for about 4 years and started playing Counter-Strike about 12 years ago.

About a year ago I started with my streaming project V3n0mTV. Because of a hight intensity training for my teams I couldn't focus that much on my stream, but time after time I improved it and got a good community which is supporting me right now. I started with casting some games and got a really awesome feedback by the viewers. So in the future I will focus on supporting the E-Sport and being less active as a league player. That only means that I will not play active in the Pro Series, just as a standby.

And I'm a proud member of the biggest German CS:GO Community 99damage as the second main caster next to the famous Matthias "Knochen" Remmert.

As a siednote, I love playing all kinds of casual games and would be very honored to be one of the beta testers of your bot. :-)
