Name Changes / Name Change Request Please

Needing to have my Stream name Changed for the usage of the deepbot. I'm previously known as BowNaRRowYerMum - been accessing the bot since 2015, and just would like it to be updated to BowNaRRow. Love the bot and wish to still contribute but updated my stream name and need it adjusted, please.

current stream name: BowNaRRowYerMum
current stream bot name: BowsTitBot

new stream name: BowNaRRow
new stream bot name: BowsTitBot

Update: did follow the instructions by changing the DPI to 100%, which ultimately changes my whole PC. Any hopes of the program being compatible with interchanging this?

At this time, the previous two updates have deemed my usage of Deep Bot useless.  Everytime you go to start it, it will connect and then the bot will be "unclickable" and when this happens I can't access anything within the panel, it entirely bugs out the program.  At this time, I'm basically paying for a service that is not being received. Would love to have some feedback to see if I'm not the only one and IF it will be fixed.

My deepbot is doing the same exact thing. Major issue, can't even run the bot at all.  Hoping for a remedy asap for this paid service. Other than this glitch, I have loved the service provided by DeepBot. Keep it up!

    1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from? The bot looks very useful as a resource and I'd like to use this for me own channel. I've heard nothing but good things and wish to support it hands on.
    2. Your stream name? "BowNaRRowYerMum"
    3. Twitch bot account name? "BowsTitBot"
    4. Your streaming schedule? Friday, Saturday, Sunday starting at 9AM PST
    5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? I am NOT a Twitch Partner
    6. Average number of users on your channel? Approx 50 viewers at any given time per broadcast, currently just shy of 3,500 followers.
    7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? No, the bot I was using was a pain in the ass and useless (#KillNightbot)
