Hi.

I started getting this error yesterday when I start DeepBot "Unable to find available whisper servers on twitch. Please try again later"

Can anyone tell me what it means? As far as I can see, all it does is that I have to manually connect Bot Login and Streamer Login, but it would be nice to know what it means.

Thanks.

Ok, today's stream is over and here's what happened today:

The first donation I got actually worked, it played automatically with no problems.

After that, all other donations just showed up in the notifications tab and did not play automatically.

Hi, I believe I have it set up correctly, I might have changed the top box to the wrong coding, but does that matter if I choose "No, use" and select UTF-8 instead?

Looks like this (it's in Norwegian but the box-choices are the same)

Hi.

I have activated IPN in my PayPal settings with this URL: http://api.deepbot.tv/ipn/ipn.php?stream=p0kker

And I do believe that everything is working fine over at PayPals end, because when someone donates it does show up DeepBot in the notifications tab, it's just that I have to right click it there and choose "Replay on screen notification" to make it show on stream. The text documents in the "obs" folder also updates when someone donates.

As far as I understand, this means that PayPal is sending the information to DeepBot, it's just not showing the alert.

Also, about the "Notifications" tab, will this not update automatically? Is my only option to change to another tab and back again to update it?

Thanks again :)

Help/Support / Notifications tab not updating automatically

Does anyone have this problem, or know how to fix it?:

When I get a new follower I want to use the "Notifications" tab to see the name, but it does not update automatically, I have to switch to another tab and then back to see the newest follower.

Is there a better way to see the names of people following or should I have the OBS window open to see the alert there?

Also, when I get a donation, it does not play the alert on my stream automatically, I have to refresh the notifications tab again and manually replay the donation alert from there :/

Any suggestions is highly appreciated :)

Edit: Spelling error

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
I found out about it by searching for a new bot on google

Your stream name?
www.twitch.tv/p0kker

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)
m0deratoren

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
I stream every day for at least two hours, usually 20:00 utc/gmt+2

Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
No. ~400 followers

Average number of users on your channel?
~10 - 20

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
I have my own bot with running in mIRC that have been giving out points to viewers, not sure if this can be converted tough.

A donation has been made.

System Edit : Application Accepted. Install complete. Thanks for the support!
