Bug Reports / Bot ignoring users

Hello,
several of our users that have been around for a very long time, that happen to donate a lot too, have stopped being recognized by the bot. They are moderators in the channel and the bot disregards any donations or minigame commands made by them.
How do I fix this? thanks,

is there a way to look up the information related to these giveaways?
Example: Amount of people that bought into each, etc

Bug Reports / crashing a lot lately

The bot will work well until I have about 8-10k viewers, then it'll crash (a LOT) and whenever I restart it, it will work for about 5 minutes to full capacity before crashing again.

How can i fix this?

The bot appears to be posting broken messages when people donate through the bot, and it won't let me edit any of the text files after the first time I tried changing them (text simple won't change) how can I fix this?

You are most likely missing some required windows files. Just install a fresh copy using the installer.

Then copy over the below files to the new install directory:
users.bin
usersconfig.bin
chanmsgconfig.bin
DeepBot.s3

Hello,
I recently had to perform a system restore, and I have 100% of data related to Deepbot from before, since I loaded a previous version it's still "installed" but when I try to open it, it just crashes relentlessly. How can I fix this & restore all user data from before the restore? Please & thanks!

Help/Support / Trying to test the new features - not working

At the moment experimenting with some of my subs/viewers, the !give command works perfectly fine, and that's all awesome, but I can't get the "only allow points to be checked on bot chat" option to work. I check it off but it doesn't save the check, I have tried checking both options, still not working.

Sorry in a bit of a panic here, but I usually have the bot on all the time, I had to restart it today (not the PC) and all my subs were set back to normal users and all their points are missing?! How can I fix this please!

Edit: All users points were reset, not just subs &
back up folders do not extend past 30 minutes?

Hi!
First, wanted to state this bot has been AMAZING, and the assistance on the site has been great so far.
Second, the actual problem: Lately my bot seems to get lagged with information, fall behind, and blurt it all out at a random time later. (For example; 3 people sub over the course of 20 minutes, but the bot doesn't announce / upgrade to VIP status until more like 40 minutes later, and it does all 3 at once). I recently set up the donation portion of the bot, and the exact same thing was happening, and in some instances, not even registering some of the donations.

Is this something on my end that I can fix?

If you could force all Twitch Subscribers to be set to VIP Silver status for me, that would be greatly appreciated! Is this something that will update in the future for new subs, or will I have to manually change those?
